The New York Giants have made a decision on their quarterback situation, as the team has signed Russell Wilson to a massive one-year deal, that could be worth up to $21 million. The contract includes a $10.5 million guarantee.

Wilson visited with the Cleveland Browns, but he now heads to the NFC. He would presumably be the starter.
